How do I restore Remove Ads or the Starter Pack?
Open the in-game shop and select Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Google Play account that made the original purchase.
I completed a purchase but did not receive the item.
Confirm that Google Play shows the purchase as completed, then restart the game. If the item is still missing, contact us with the product name and Google Play order number. Do not send payment card details.
Why am I still seeing rewarded ads after purchasing Remove Ads?
Remove Ads disables automatic interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain optional because they provide a chosen in-game reward, such as continuing a journey or doubling earned coins.
Where is my progress stored?
Progress is stored locally on your device. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it can remove coins, upgrades and other local progress. Eligible Google Play purchases can be restored separately.
How do I change advertising privacy choices?
Open the game's settings and select Privacy Options. Available choices depend on your region and the requirements that apply there.
